This is a design that we were commissioned to draw up and construct because the garden was dominated by a septic tank that due to existing underground services had to be located in the middle of the lawn. To make things worse over 1ft of this was above ground level! The tank is now hidden under the raised deck area but is still assessable for any maintenance needs. We have also provided an outdoor heated area for the clients cats along with low maintenance planting and raised beds for producing vegetables.
